Fly to Jersey from numerous UK airports in around an hour, or hop aboard and travel by ferry from Poole or Portsmouth. If you’re travelling from the U.K you don’t even need your passport – just photo I.D will do.
If you’re visiting from outside the U.K, including European countries such as France*, Germany and the Netherlands, you will need a passport to soak up those island vibes.
* Until September 30, 2025, under the current scheme, French nationals travelling to Jersey for the day only, will not need a passport, a valid ID is sufficient.

Plémont Bay
This has to be one of Jersey’s most beautiful beaches. Plémont has a natural drama and enchanting beauty all of its own. A sandy cove on the north-west tip of the island with many rock pools, fascinating sea caves, and even a fresh water waterfall.

Pêtchi is a wood-fired grill restaurant and wine bar inspired by the seascapes of the Channel Islands with a nod towards the Basque Country. It’s all about the heady joy of a good meal that draws on our reverence for the produce of our land and sea.
Portelet Bay Café
A family run café, located right on the beach at Portelet Bay. The café specialises in authentic wood fired pizza as well as seasonal fresh fish during high season and salads always using locally sourced produce wherever possible.
Healing Waves – Ocean Therapy
At Healing Waves, we enable individuals to access the ocean in a safe way to participate in water sporting activities so they can experience and enjoy the therapeutic benefits that the ocean holds for us all. We offer Ocean Therapy through guided surf, paddle and flow sessions. We get booked up quickly, so be sure to book well in advance.
Havre des Pas
Havre des Pas and Greve d'Azette are only a short stroll from St. Helier town centre, so a popular choice for families on an island break. This sheltered south facing beach is drenched with Jersey sunshine and skirted with beautiful art deco-style boardwalks.
The Moorings Hotel & Restaurant
Welcoming guests since 1851, The Moorings is a local institution at the heart of the most recognisable location in Jersey, Gorey Pier. Following fresh investment in 2021, the restaurant soon gained recognition in the Michelin Guide and is a firm favourite amongst locals and visitors.
